Spirit Guides are the advanced human souls which guide you during and out of incarnation. One does not have to be finished with human reincarnation in order to become a spirit guide. They prefer not to be called teachers or directors, since they do not have power over what their pupils do. They always teach more than one soul at a time. They are always at a higher spiritual level than the souls that they teach.
