Phil is an announcer that has made many appearances as a TV personality and businessman on TV and in person. He hosts The Next Super American Pop Teen Idol Star auditions in Danville, and also had live news coverage of the Danville auditions for Let's All Dance Until We're Sick. In "Bowl-R-Ama Drama", he gave out the World's Most Pointless Records Awards at the fair. He also bought Chez Platypus from Phineas Flynn and Ferb Fletcher stating, "I envision a chain of Platypus-themed restaurants as far as the Tri-State Area can see!". He is seen in Phineas and Ferb The Movie: Across the 2nd Dimension warning the Tri-State Area about the invasion of the Normpatrol bots.
