Jean Baffour was a Terran Lieutenant who attempted to help stop the Void Threat. He was the lieutenant of the local ships sent to support Keith as he entered the Wormhole. Unfortunately, he and his squadron didn't make it through the Wormhole after defeating the Voids coming from there.
