The White Record is an item that falls under the category of in the Supplies. It is a record that the player starts with and cannot sell. The player can record a ten-second sound file, and the record will keep the data. If a player erases all the data, it will not play anything unless the player records it back on. The White Record is also used in Bark Mode as to send a message to the other player.
