Wind Release: Razor Hurricane is a technique Kiritsu designed as a backup technique, an attack of last resort. After forming the proper handseals, Kiritsu kneads the chakra in his body into a Wind element. Then, the energy is released from his hands and begins moving around in a powerful, circular pattern. The winds are powerful, gusting at anywhere of 119 KPH or higher, depending on how much energy is released. The winds themselves are razor thin, causing it to slice through anything in its path that isn't properly defended. The obvious drawbacks are the intense amount of chakra required to create the technique, along with the time it takes for it to charge the energy high enough to give the technique its proper damage.
