The Second Galactic Civil War took place in 18 ABY when Corellia was believed to have fired a prototype Superweapon Projectile at the defenseless world of Honoghr after an assassination attempt was made of the Corellian Council by Noghri assassins. This eventually led to the cripplement of the Noghri race driving them to become universal migrators. Ironically, it was the last Nohgri Commando Force Loyal to the Empire, and the prototype projectile for the Galaxy Gun made by the Empire's Core Forces that caused the chain of events.
