Yeoman Phillips was a 23rd century Human woman who served Starfleet as a security guard, assigned to Federation starship USS Enterprise in the 2260s. In 2269, Phillips and Lieutenant Hikaru Sulu gave a fencing exhibition in the recreation room while the crew prepared for shore leave on Starbase 11.
