Ali Youssef is a notorious follower of Saddam Hussein in the game, he carries a M134 minigun that decimates the player if stood in the open too long. The player confronts him as he gets out of a warehouse in Iraq. Youssef shouts, "Long live Saddam!" (Ironically) as the two kill him not long after. He also fights like a heavy soldier. He is the only enemy to be seen using a M134 minigun.
