The North East Senior Hockey league is a Senior level hockey league based in the province of New Brunswick. The league was founded for the 2011-2012 season. All teams are scheduled to return for the 2012-2013 season; according to the league's website. The league announced on its' website on June 25, 2013 that it accepted a team from Charlottetown, PEI for the 2013-14 season and stated in the same posting that there is "the possibility of a 2nd team requesting entry into the league."
