Dillon Quartermaine was fictional character on the ABC daytime soap opera General Hospital. Scott Clifton is most synonymous in the role, having portrayed Dillon from April 17, 2003 to July 9, 2007, followed by two guest appearances from November 21 to 28, 2007, and from December 20 to 24, 2007. The character was originally portrayed by twins Kevin and Michael Jacobson in 1992, and by Jacob Smith in 1996. Outside of General Hospital, the character was portrayed on the now defunct ABC soap opera The City from November 1996 to March 1997 by P.J. Aliseo.
