The Third server blackout occurred in the early-late afternoon on November 19, 2007, when the RuneScape servers mysteriously shut down. JaGeX said there was a problem with the firewalls that transfer data, so the servers shut down. When JaGeX got the servers back on, there was a riot on World 66 in Falador. Some players went to the Ice Plateau and were killed.
