The Almoth Plain is a sparsely-inhabited region, bounded on the north by Arad Doman, on the south by Tarabon, on the west by the Aryth Ocean, and on the east by the Mountains of Mist. The peninsula of Toman Head extends into the Aryth Ocean to the northwest.
