The Shosuro-Ikoma Library was a secret asset of the Shosuro-Ikoma Alliance, home to the actual truthful history of Rokugan. Those facts which could damage the reputation of the Emperor were removed from the official records, but they also decided to retain documentation of the true events within this library.
