Strike Expands increase slightly the area of the strike areas of the Physical Attack Ring. These can add up to make a small strike area much larger and easy to hit with the indicator. In the Gamble Ring, all Expands make very little impact. After equipping an Attack Boost, the alterred ring would automatically remove all expands. There can be at maximum ninety-nine Strike Expands in possession, so use them wisely.
