Sotto (率土, Surface of the earth) is a shinobi that was born a few years before the fourth shinobi war. Born to two Iwagakure shinobi and originally named "Amatsuchi (天土, divine earth)", he endured a hard time during the war where there was always fear and terror inside his heart.
