Ethel Jane Boltz (née Shimer; 2 December 1903 – 1 April 2016) was a verified American supercentenarian. She was born on a farm in Calhoun County, West Virginia. Her parents were Sherman & Mary Shimer. She had 8 other siblings. On 28 July 1928, she married Emmanuel Boltz. The couple had two children in total, both sons. She worked as a farmer.
