The period of one House's rule of the Dragaeran Empire in the Cycle. A reign is said to last no fewer than 289 Dragaeran years (172) and no longer than 4,913 years (173). The term reign may be used to specify either the length of time elapsed during a House's rule, or to denote a specific era in a Cycle when that house ruled. (e.g. During the reign of the Phoenix in the 4th Cycle.)
