That kid at the mall' is a kid that is around 3 to 14 years old that you see sometimes at the mall. He is a very angry, loud mouthed kid that thinks he is better than everybody else. He is usually seen with his parents fighting over a toy (age 3-6), or a pack of gum (age 7-11), or porn (age 12-14).
