John Wellesley, Baron of Tyrannopolis is a notable politician and uncle to Spencer Wellesley, Grand Duke of Keymon and Prince Regent of Maddog. He was named to manage the family's conference in the Noble Council while Spencer wanted to remain independent as Pretender to the Ducal Throne. His nephew was made Grand Duke in 2825 and he was appointed the 1st Baron of Tyrannopolis.
