In a Scientology org, the post in Division 4 Department 11 responsible for training students on various courses, and ensuring that they use study tech and understand what they are studying and graduate from their courses able to do whatever the relevant course is about. The title is often abbreviated in speech and writing to "supervisor" or "sup" (pronounced like "soup") or more rarely "supe". In a larger org, there will also be a sup posted in Div 6 for Div 6 courses, kept separate to those in Div 4.
