Ra'Virr is a Khajiit trader who resides in Balmora. His shop is located next to the Mages Guild, where he trades in a variety of wares, including illicit substances such as skooma and moon sugar. He has 600 File:GoldIcon.png and claims to have Daedric weapons for sale. These are, however, only basic weapons with Conjuration enchantments that allow the summoning of bound daggers.
