Lotak (27 BBY) is a Dark Knight in the Cult of Shadow whose sole duty is to protect and serve Shaela Aimreh Dorcha. At the request of Shaela, Lotak was modified by the cult's master of biological Sith Alchemy, Uvon Okdoro, into a fearsome monster. Lotak's once benign Herglic features were twisted and changed as Uvon not only employed the Dark Side, but also tapped into the long-dormant DNA of Lotak's species to bring forth or accentuate some of their primitive ancestral features. By the time Uvon was done, very little of the old Lotak's appearance remained.
