Cliff is a travelling villager in Harvest Moon: Island of Happiness. He travels to the island on vacation from Mineral Town. He spends his time wandering around the island and enjoying the sites. Cliff is married to Ann, but she does not travel with him on his trip. The island will start getting Mineral Town villagers after the hotel is upgraded at random. Generally speaking however, Cliff is usually the last villager to arrive. He will stay for one full season, but returns regularly, often coming back every two seasons.
