The 99SV is the standard issue semi-automatic sniper rifle of Terran Republic Infiltrators. This weapon can kill targets in three body shots or two head shots. However its permanently affixed swaying scopes render it hard to use and awkward. It is advisable to save up for the M77-B or TSAR-42 rifles if you want a proper one-shot one-kill rifle.
