Murphy can find the boat that Bobby Ricks planned to use in order to escape the town here. Despite its size, very little of the area can be explored. The only other location of note is the house where the "Mirror, Mirror" sidequest can be completed, and a park where the last artifact can be dug up. As an easter egg, Travis Grady's truck can be found on Ketchum Street as soon as Murphy enters the district. Once Murphy has used Bobby's boat to leave Silent Hill, he cannot go back, and therefore it is not advised until the player has completed all sidequests/exploring he or she desires.
