Spurs Jackson investigates flying saucers with his Space Vigilantes, Hank Roper and Strong Bow, Spurs and Hank climb into one of the saucers to encounter Professor Omok, of Prague. Professor Omok says the flying saucers are actually guided missiles transporting slaves to work on the Soviet lunar base orbiting on the dark side of the moon. Professor Omok fills them in on all the information he knows. Strong Bow delivers the information he is aware of to General Joyce on Earth. The general leads a group of ships to the moon to battle the "Red Menace".
