Tuition Crisis was an holographic program composed by a doctoral student, Alaa, in comparative history at Osric University on Ter'jas Mor in the Klingon Empire. It was used by the Klingon Defense Force to train anti-riot police, with varying degrees of protester rowdiness. Mrazek obtained a copy of the student's thesis, and the holographic program with it. Urie, Brianna Reiss, Atenza, as well as a handful of other crewmembers, debated the tuition hike with the characters. (Star Trek: The Stoneship Files: "Rode the 300")
