The 2012 Alabama Crimson Tide football team (variously "Alabama", "UA", "Bama" or "The Tide") will represent the University of Alabama in the 2012 NCAA Division I FBS football season. It will mark the Crimson Tide's 118th overall season, 79th as a member of the Southeastern Conference (SEC) and its 21st within the SEC Western Division. The team will be led by head coach Nick Saban, in his sixth year, and play their home games at Bryant–Denny Stadium in Tuscaloosa, Alabama.
