Davide Surilie is a Breton and a resident of Skingrad. He is one of the three people Glarthir suspects is spying on him. He can die in the quest Paranoia. He and his brother Gaston run the Surilie Brothers Vineyard outside of the gates of Skingrad. They make some of the best wines in Cyrodiil, according to the townspeople.
