The unnamed Nurse cared for Jerry Morton when he was admitted to Weatherfield General in May 2008 following a heart attack. She jovially scolded Jerry for letting Roy Cropper and Norris Cole come to visit him when it was supposed to be "family only" and told the two visitors to make themselves scarce when the consultant did his rounds. The nurse was on hand once again in June 2011 when Fiz Stape was hit by a car whilst she was pursuing husband John.
