Ramsfeld Snuppy is the owner of a chain of pet stores, Snuppy's Puppies. He's been wanting to clone Harold Hundin's dog, Bubblegum, for years to create the ultimate super-puppy. After he reached an agreement with Hundin that would allow him to own Bubblegum, he was poisoned by the dog breeder's first wife, Hilary Hundin, who put cyanide in his coffee. Snuppy was revived by Ned at Harold's funeral, causing Hilary to flee in terror, revealing herself as the killer. Snuppy was made dead again shortly after. He appears in "Bitches".
