Astorius Reise Arnor II (皇帝アストリウスⅡ世, koutei asutoriusu ni-sei) was an emperor of Erebonia during the 4th Century. He is known as the emperor that had to move the empire's capital to Saint-Arkh in the south-east of Erebonia during the attack of Zoro-Agruga, the Dark Dragon.
