Brionne is a coastal port town. The settlement was built among the ruins of Elven towers watching the sea. The port guards the coast from raiders as well as the frontier with Estalia, the province's southern neighbour. The Duke of Brionne maintains a fleet of warships at the port as to defend it from raids. By the quays is Brionne's poorest quarter which is blighted by outbreaks of the plague. It is this part of the city which finds itself most vulnerable to Skaven infiltration and coastal raids from Settra's undead fleets.
