Wakashio Tenzuru (転ずる; lit. Light Rain) is an intergalactic criminal. Originating from both the Helixian and Ōtsutsuki Clan, Kosame is a being of immense power, the wielding of the Noryokugan is proof of his strength. He was eventually captured, and as punishment, he would be encased in a meteorite sent flying through space. The meteorite would eventually meet Earth. Due to the intense impact of the crash, Kosame would be heavily weakened, ironically meeting the infamous Hōzuki Castle.
