The Soviet Tech Center is the Soviet version of the Tech Center. It is a requirement for the following units: * Mammoth Tank * MAD Tank * Tesla Tank (Russia) * Demo Truck (Ukraine) * Mig * Missile Submarine It is a requirement for the following buildings: * Iron Curtain * Atom Bomb (An Allied Tech Center also allows constructing this)
