Air Force Major Ralph Cromwell books Oscar Goldman and Steve Austin on a military charter plane scheduled to land at Dulles, before boarding the plane himself to carry out his plan to kill Oscar. Surviving the plane crash, Cromwell works with Commander Maxwell and the mysterious Bobbie.
