A counter-virus was a virus used to cure diseases, such as Alpha-S-D-plasmid 2 (also called Varusan crotch-rot). The supposedly-existing variant Alpha-S-D-plasmid 3 had not had a counter-virus created yet (probably because of its non-existence).
