Hope Hospital is located in downtown Angeles Bay and serves as Derek Stiles's first place of employment as a surgeon. He begins working with Mary Fulton and later meets Angie when she begins employment at Hope Hospital. The outbreak of GUILT and Derek's surgical acumen and teamwork skills with Angie catch the eyes of Caduceus USA. He is later recruited by Caduceus to help with the GUILT epidemic.
