Sun Jian is a nonfictional character in the graphic novel series: The Sterling Bracelet Sun Jian is a descendant of Sun Tzu. His valor during the Yellow Turban Rebellion earns him the governorship of Chang Sha. He served in the Allied vanguard against Dong Zhuo, and was the first to reach Luo Yang. Sun Jian first appears when John Harlow trains under Zu Mao.
