Rath Fan Club President is the head of the Rath Fan Club. She and the fan club arrived in Mojo's Volcano for a gathering to see Rath. While Grandpa Max investigated the Rath rampage reports, hesends the player to talk to her. She tells the player about the Rath party and sends him/her to talk to Rath Fan #23 for tickets.
