Rubiel Uchiha is a ANBU-class shinobi hailing from the leaf village, Born to the head of the Konoha division of the Uchiha clan, Daigoro Uchiha, whom he inherited the wood release from, and an unknown Uzumaki woman. Rubiel is a top member of the Joint ANBU headed and under the command of Saito Uchiha, he was also a top member of the Konohagakure Military Police.
