Another Pokemon ranking project hosted by starfox! This time 62 people submitted their lists for Gen 4, which put all 107 of its Pokemon in order of how much each user likes each Pokemon. These lists were all combined to make an overall ranking for the generation. The goal is to more accurately access Pokemon popularity, since this factors in like, dislike, and apathy. The rankings were due on February 3, 2015 and starfox began posting them late that evening. It lasted until February 23rd, where starfox posted the top 10.
