The Black Flash is The Former Metahuman Villain Speedster from Earth 2 known as Zoom Real Name Hunter Zolomon. He was created by The Speed Force and their enforcers The Time Wraiths as punishment for his wrongful use of The Speed Force and The Timestream. After being turned into The Black Flash The Time Wraiths dragged a screaming Zoom into The Speed Force leaving his fate unknown.
