Elina Löwensohn is a Romanian-born American actress who portrayed Katya on Seinfeld; she made her lone appearance in "The Gymnast". Elina has appeared in other films and television programs such as Schindler's List, Six Ways to Sunday, The Wisdom of Crocodiles, Dark Water along with many more. After the death of her father, a survivor of Nazi concentration camps, her mother emigrated to the United States with her, where her mother went on a hunger strike in order to get a visa for her.
