Defilers Emissaries are level 40 Arathi Basin recruiters located at various spots throughout the largest Horde cities — Orgrimmar, Silvermoon, Thunder Bluff, and the Undercity, as well as neutral Shattrath City. They are only available during the monthly (Call to Arms: Arathi Basin).
