The Vindicator-class Stealth Interceptor was a modification of the Vindicator-class chassis. Instead of additional weaponry, like the standard Vindicator-class, it featured extensive stealth systems much like the StealthX. Its baffled Astral Ion Drives, coupled with its Stealth Ablative Coating, and other stealth systems allowed it to move unseen unless communicating or firing. The Vindicator-class Stealth Interceptor was reserved for special operation units such as the 82nd Airborne's Black Wolves and Shadow Hawks squadrons.
