Mankrik's Wife refers to the quest "Lost in Battle" in the Barrens, in which Mankrik asks you to find his wife, who fell in battle. Mankrik's wife is very far away from him, and he offers almost no directions to her location. There is also no NPC called "Mankrik's Wife", as she is called "Beaten Corpse". This results in almost everyone accepting this quest resorting to asking for her location in Barrens general chat. This becomes extremely annoying, as Horde characters spend large amounts of time in the Barrens, and hearing the same question repeated over and over and over again tends to drive the somewhat more experienced players a tad irritable.
