The Base Set of 2004 Throwback Threads is made up of 250 cards. The first 200 cards are the base cards, featuring major league veterans. Cards 201-224 are retired stars and hall of famers. Finally cards 225- 250 feature rookies and prospects. All cards 201-250 were short printed and serial numbered to 1000 copies each.
