One of her tenants was Freddy Freeman, the teenage super-hero known as Captain Marvel, Jr. It was also the home of Tandy McCrae, a dressmaker and personal friend of Beautia Sivana. Beneath the house was a private laboratory owned by Professor Edgewise.
