Ferdin Wallace is a former NASCAR driver. He attempted one Nextel Cup Series event in his career - the 1986 Daytona 500. However, in order to make the event, Wallace had to race his way in via the Qualifier event. He struggled, completing just a few laps before he was flagged to 30th.
